Therapy for kids, teens, and the parents trying to keep up
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for young kids + real, relatable therapy for tweens and teens
“But I know eventually I’m gonna come around.
And maybe it won’t be easy, but it’ll be worth it, and the results will be profound.”

Hi, I’m Cortney.
I work with parents who feel overwhelmed, second-guessing themselves, or stuck in patterns that just aren’t working—and with kids and teens who are trying to figure themselves out in the middle of it.
My work with younger children is rooted in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, which means I’m not just listening—I’m actively guiding you through what to do and how to do it.
With teens, I show up differently. Less structure, more space. Still honest, still direct, but at their pace.
I’m not here to judge your parenting or “fix” your kid.
I’m here to help things actually feel better at home.
Different ages need different kinds of support.
With younger kids, we work on changing behavior by changing how you respond.
With teens, we focus on helping them understand themselves, regulate emotions, and communicate more effectively.
No one-size-fits-all therapy here.
